Entering Values into a Table

The tables in the IMM are all accessible through the menu system across the top of the screen. Some of the data in the tables is sourced from the Adjustment Tracking Module but there are areas that will require manual input.

Each time you open a screen that includes a table sourcing data from the Adjustment Tracking Module, it will take a moment to refresh the data before you are able to view it, as the system is retrieving the latest data at that point in time.

Numerical data is entered into the tables by selecting the appropriate cell and entering the value. The 'Tab' key will move the cursor to the next cell from left to right. If a nil value is to be used, enter a zero and not a dash. A message will prompt you that cells cannot be left blank as shown below.

Protected read only cells will have greyed out data displayed in them.

Data is not saved to the database until such time as the button is clicked.

Totals or variances are not re-calculated until such time as the button is clicked.
