Using the Menu Bar

Navigation within the IMM is facilitated through a Menu bar situated at the top of the screen that permits you to move between screens as required. The down arrow symbol next to a main menu title indicates that a drop down list with additional selection options exists. To select a screen, click on the option required.

The Agency menu allows you to view a list of all agencies that you have access to and switch between them as required without having to re-log into the IMM.

The menu lists options for entering/updating or viewing project details, project headings or opening the project map to reveal the status of each project in the system.

The screen provides an overall table containing Fixed Asset Funding, Fixed Asset Payment and Cashflow data that is currently in the IMM as well as a reconciliation of funding data to expenditure data and funding data to project cashflow data. Any variances in these reconciliations are also indicated in the summary screen.

The screen reflects all the various funding sources mostly sourced from the Budget Tracking Module though some are using manual data entry. This table then reconciles the total level of funding from each source against the capital works cashflows that have been entered into the IMM, any variances are indicated at the bottom of the table.

The Expenditure screen shows various expenditure category's in the capital works program rather than breaking expenditure down by project. As with the Funding screen the Expenditure screen sources as much data as possible from the Budget Tracking Module while leaving some sources as manual data entry.

The Reports drop down menu allows the user access to various capital works reports for easy viewing and presentation of the data in the IMM.

The Logs menu allows the user to conduct a search under the appropriate log menu screen to track any changes that have been entered into a particular screen in the IMM. It allows access to detailed tracking of any changes that have been entered into the IMM's various data entry screens.

The History menu allows the user to view IMM data that has been archived by administrators at particular points in time. All data viewed through this menu will be as it was at the selected time period.

The 'Admin' and 'Admin Report' menus include administrator functions and reports that are available to Administrators and Treasury Users.
