Agency Maintenance Plan Screen
The Agency Maintenance Plan screen can be accessed via the menu system:
This will load the Agency Maintenance Plan screen as below:
Maintenance data is also collected at a whole of agency level (not project level).
When completed the Maintenance
Plan identifies the total annual anticipated maintenance expenditure over
the
forward estimates, with details of the funding split (if any) between the capital
contribution and recurrent appropriation.
Remember to
click the 
button after making any
changes.
