Agency Surplus Asset Disposal Plan Screen
The Agency Surplus Asset Disposal Plan screen can be accessed via the menu system:
This will load the Agency Surplus Asset Disposal Plan screen as below:
Agencies will
be required to assess assets against strategic requirements and identify assets
that are under-performing or surplus to operating requirement.
Assets identified for disposal using the appropriate guidelines will be listed
in the disposal plan with the agreed split of anticipated net proceeds being
shown.
Use the button to add a blank row.
Enter the asset description for the identified surplus asset.
Then for the appropriate year enter the financial amount for the 'Amount paid
to Cons Fund' and the amount for 'Amount to be appropriated back to agency'.
Click on the hyperlink to add comments. A
new window is opened to allow the updating of comments.
Comments can only be added to the table and they will be displayed with the latest comments first. Comments can be added to record information about the asset itself or maybe specific exemptions for not using market value. Information about LandCorp dealings or EERC decisions.
Clck on the hyperlink
to delete a row or surplus asset from the plan.
Surplus Asset Disposal data is also collected at a whole of agency level (not project level).
Remember to click the button after making any changes.
